Wulfenite   Wulfenite & Willemite	February 16th  -  New Find - Los Lamentos Wulfenite   Wayne Thompson had specimens of the new find of wulfenite made at the 600-700 level in the Erupcion mine but Tucson resident Peter Megaw had them also and Peter had first pick.  Many of the specimens are associated with willemite that is brilliantly fluorescent under UV light.
Elbaite on Quartz   Stibiotantalite	February 16th  -  Mixed minerals from Tucson!   WHopefully you'll find this an interesting group of specimens found here at the Tucson Show.
Gold!	February 16th  -  Gold   I have gold from several olcaities here including Round Mountain, Eagle's Nest and a mine in Mother Lode region of California.  Leaves, and crystals alike.
	February 16th  -    Uvarovite   RKARP had a nice selection of uvarovite from Sarany - the type locality.  A few have an association with light violet colored amesite.
Agates!	February 16th  -   Agates   Ronna was very busy here in Tucson tracking down some fine agates.
Demantoid	February 16th  -  Demantoid   I found two dealers offering these demantoids. The color is as good as demantoid can possibly get.  All from Iran.
Elbaite	February 16th  -  Polychrome Elbaite   Tucson being Tucson you never know what to expect.  While heading back to my car I was approached by a gemstone dealer in immediate cash.  He waive this parcel of elbaites from the Morro Redondo mine and I said yes.
Elbaite	February 16th  -  Japanese Gold   Japanese dealer Kiyoshi Kiikuni had a few small boxes with small specimens of sphalerite with wire gold from the Daikoku deposit in the Chichibu mine, Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.  These are always small but very rare from this mine.  When is the last time you saw a gold specimen from Japan?!?!?  Me either.  So I bought all four that he had.
Carrollite	February 16th  -  Amethyst from California  Tehachapi dealer John Seibel had some specimens from the well known amethyst locality in the Kingston Range in San Bernardino County, California.  This locality is very close to Death Valley National Park.
Carrollite	February 16th  -  Carrollite from the DRC  Australian dealer Rob Sielecki had a small hoard of these specimens at our one day show on the 8th of Feb.  I sifted four out of the 20 or so that he had for this update.  These are not coming out of the ground any longer...
Fluorite	February 16th  -  Colorless Fluorite  During my last days at Tucson I stopped in and saw KARP again and this time I found some fantastic little specimens of colorless fluorite from Dal'Negorsk.  Most of these specimens have some razor sharp dodecahedral crystals.
Kolwezite   Cobaltoan Calcite	February 2nd  -  Specimens from the Jim Robison Collection Ian Bruce also purchased Phoenix collector Jim Robison's collection prior to the  Tucson Show.  I picked up a dozen plus three from the lot. To see more of the Robison collection visit Crystal Classics .
Elbaite	February 1st  -  Specimens from the Jesse Fisher and Joan Kureczka Collection Prior to the Tucson Show I obtained several flats of the above collection from Ian Bruce who purchased it in December of 2015.  This first group is of specimens found in Pegmatites.  To see more of the Fisher and Kureczka collection visit Crystal Classics .
Chalcopyrite & Sphalerite	February 1st  -  Specimens from the Jesse Fisher and Joan Kureczka Collection Prior to the Tucson Show I obtained several flats of the above collection from Ian Bruce who purchased it in December of 2015.  This second group is of sulfides.  To see more of the Fisher and Kureczka collection visit Crystal Classics.
